We service every new home twice within the first year of ownership. Our customer care team is in-house and available to assist with issues that may arise. Homeowners will also have a piece of mind knowing their home comes with a RWC 10-year Structural Warranty that starts on the homeowners' close date.
60-Day Service Request

60-Day Service Request

Homeowners must request 60-day service appointments within their 60-day warranty timeframe. During this appointment, we will review key maintenance points and answer any questions you may have about the care and operation of your home's features.

11-month service request

We will offer another service request near the end of your one-year limited warranty. Homeowners must request this appointment 11-months from when your warranty began. This visit typically takes less than an hour and addresses any one-time repair items that need attention.
